Hotel is close to the beach. Busses stop very close to the hotel. Staff at the desk and the restaurant are very nice and welcoming. Good drinks at the bar. Great WiFi!

I liked how clean this hotel was. The staff was very accommodating letting us check in a little early and also putting us on the same floor as our family Overall we were very happy with our stay

It was clean small and to the point it was perfect for my daughter, my mom, my husband and I. The room cleaners always left the room so perfect and clean (even though you think you leave it clean) they make it better! It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach (even tho u can’t swim at that beach) still to take a stroll or lay in the sand it was perfect. Super close to supermarkets and a little plaza that had El comer.

Location & view from 5th floor were amazing. Most of the staff was great and seemed to take pride in their work/customer service. Breakfast was great. Room was large, and bed was super-comfy.

Breakfast was varied, lots to chose from. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice ocean views

We had to move to this hotel for Hurricane Norma because our flights were cancelled. We were pleasantly surprised by the location , near a grocery stores, town, view etc. The restaurant stayed open during the storm and the food and the staff was very helpful.
